Today I received my offer from Stephenson College, Durham University for medicine. - Pretty efficient, considering I put them as insurance on Thursday, they received my application yesterday, and sent out the offer today. (This is all due to being rejected by Newcastle!)
Firm was of course Gonville & Caius, Cambridge University. Indeed, I'm still miffed about my rejections from Manchester and Glasgow, but never mind - I am so grateful for the two offeres I do have!
I felt awful for declining UCL - chemical engineering - great course at a great uni (and most importantly, not too far up North!)
Today I also went to my parent's allotment. Henry and I had great fun there. My dad likes to ruin it though by constantly saying I'm rubbish at everything. I already know that - he really doesn't need to remind me several times, every day. Most days it's ok. Some days, it really gets to me.
This is in the antique/collectables shop in Upminster. I don't think Henry and I were actually allowed to take any photos inside!
