Slept late last night, expecting I could have a lie-in this morning. But no, my sister slept in too, which meant that I had to get up to take her to school to sign her in. After I got back, I replied a couple of emails, played piano, then cooked lunch. After that, I slept on the sofa, and couched for about 5 hours. I didn't even wake up when my sister came home, or when my Mother phoned home. Oh yeah, before I slept, I put some clothes in the wash, but I fell asleep before they were done, so my sister very kindly took them out for me. Mega-failz today. I'm still tired though! Sleeping during the day is bad. It means I have to take photos in the dark, using flash...

Sydney
This morning, I spent several hours chopping. Courgettes, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic and tomatoes. Layla & Shiran came round for lunch, and then we watched Sydney White. Lots of lols, but sad that it's the last time I'll see them until Prizegiving.
I then took Hannah to the music school for her orchestra, killed an hour, and then took her to Girls' Brigade. It was raining, horribly.

Coopers
Packed clothes for uni. Ugh... I've packed far too many times this year. Went to the music shop to buy Hannah's flute book. I need to do more in the day... I sleep in too much. But I find it really hard to sleep at night.
Anyway, went to Coopers open evening today. Was not impressed, at all. (No offense... lol) I'm sure it's a good school, but they really could've done a little bit more for their open evening.
Watching Troy, hence late blog!

Red Bean
I made some red bean buns today. I also did the ironing, cooked dinner, and washed the dishes. Haha, housewife training is going well I guess!

School Fair
I went to my school's Autumn Fair today. Nothing's changed, much. I remember for the Spring Fair, I helped with the foot massaging. That was really quite ew actually.
I also went to the allotment today. So many vegetables to harvest! Raspberries too.

Genius
I went to Lakeside today with my Dad. He was supposed to be getting a replacement battery for his macbook, as he was still covered under Applecare. The service at the Apple store was ridiculous. It was incredibly dodgy, and although it initially began with "No, there is no way I can replace your battery for you", after a reasonable amount of arguing, it ended up as "Fine, I'll replace the battery for you." It makes no sense - if you're adamant you're not supposed to do it, how can you have the authority to just change your mind? Does it mean that with a little more arguing, I can eventually leave the store with a macbook for 'free'? Anyway, Applecare sucks as it obviously doesn't work, but so do the 'genii' in the store. Also, they all use the word "cool" too much. They must think it's cool or something.

Freshers
Met up with the bears for coffee today. Vanilla & chocolate bear will be going off to uni this weekend. Ah, all grown up!
Tonight I went to the Cambridge Freshers' Party in London. Just thank goodness I didn't drink alcohol.

Mid-Autumn Festival
Happy mid-Autumn festival! I cooked dinner, properly, from scratch, today. Judging by how much Hannah ate, it was actually quite yummy. I then made tangyuan after dinner. Yummy!
Mira came over today. It was nice to see her again. Oh, I also saw Catherine at the Sixth Form College. I'll really miss everyone when I go off to uni.
Today I met up with Layl. Lunch actually wasn't too fail...! Hurray, we're making progress! (Finally!)

Neglect
I went to the health centre today. That wasn't really too fun.
I majorly slept in today. That wasn't really too fun either.
I made lunch today. That was fun.
I'm a terrible person. With all the Confucius kerfuffle, I forgot to introduce this little guy:

Long Time No See
Yay! Did the stuff on my to-do list! (Kind of...)
I'm going to try to blog properly. This will be boring, but I really need to brush up my skills. Apologies in advance!
So, this morning my alarm went off at 7am, and I slept in until 8.20. I got up, and then got my sister ready for school. She had a wonky ponytail. I then proceeded to get myself washed and dressed, and started on the three emails I had to write. Whilst at the computer, I also killed some time on facebook and various other pointless websites. Oh, I also went through my Cambridge freshers' pack again. I didn't understand it the first time.
At lunchtime, I cooked lunch. I made a funny omelette, then decided I didn't like it, because I don't like egg. So, I had bread. After lunch, I played around with 'the phone that doesn't have a name yet' and chose Hot Butter's Popcorn to be its ringtone. I then spent the afternoon downloading/editing/fixing stuff on my computer. My Stuffit Expander and Audacity weren't working! Both are now fixed, thankfully. I also had a yoghurt.
After my sister got home, I helped her with her piano practice. I then washed and chopped our homegrown carrots and nommed houmous with carrot sticks with her.
Next, I cooked dinner. That was pretty fun. I also washed the dishes. Meh. My Mother then came home. After dinner, I went along to Hannah's piano lesson. It was really good to see Mohan again. I hadn't seen him since before exams started!
Afterwards, we went to Tesco. Tesco really can't compare to Chinese supermarkets. Anyway, I got pretty worried when I saw they had some Kung Fu Panda DVD... Turns out, it wasn't the actual sequel. (Kaboom of Doom is out next Summer) Phew! I would've been so gutted if I'd missed it in the cinema.
After we got back home, I washed the dishes, killed a honeydew melon, and made my sister some lotus seed thingy. Oh, I also downloaded the most awesome game ever on my phone. It's edumacational too!
Then, I read the news on my Gloogle Reader.
Before blogging, I washed and got changed.
Now I'm blogging.
I will prolly ride the waves of the internetz after this, probably. Or I'll go to sleep. Yay for jetlag!

Tomayto
I miss America!
Had a really nice and relaxed day today with my family. A first in a very long time. Butchered Clayderman, as usual. I really can't stand the guy.
Um, I have so much stuff to do... I need to write a few emails. I've been putting this off for weeks now. Oooh I can't believe I forgot to blog this the other day - I've finally applied for my provisional driving licence! Only one and a half years late... I also didn't blog about my new phone. Ahh my blogging skills are really lacking now after 3.5 weeks of vacation!

Sunny
It's sunny, but very very very cold. Hannah grows the coolest sunflowers.
Bought uni supplies today. I'm leaving soon, again!

Wildfire
I went to the bank today. I always use the envelope thingy now when paying in cheques, just to avoid the "Which account do you want to pay your cheque into?" "Er, my bank account" conversation.
I also went to school today. That was quite a scary experience. My name was whispered throughout the corridors. Our head is as scary as ever, and Raper as stirring as ever. I made it though, and managed to escape eventually.
Hannah's not happy:

Confucius
Tidied up all the 'stuff' from the US and China. Took a very, very long time.
Also, practiced violin for the first time in ages - my A string had been missing since the end of the Summer term!
Oh, my sister is the queen of procrastination. She's a real professional!
This is Confucius, the newest and oldest addition to the family:

Tea in the Park
Sincere apologies for the lack of blogging. Blogger was censored. I'll post my vacation photo-of-the-days soon.
Today I tried to figure out my plans for Freshers Week, but didn't really get anywhere. Met up with the fab SHOM-ers in Upminster Park today for a lovely picnic. I can't believe some are leaving tomorrow!
